[Scan-DC] plane circling over Alexandria, 1930 EDT

There is a small single-engine (yes, I know that's redundant) aircraft
flying clockwise circles over Alexandria. His limits are more or less the
Potomac River on the east, Telegraph Road on the west, the Rosemont
neighborhood on the north, and the Capital Beltway on the south. This
would put him circling over the Federal Courthouse. I think that the Air
Force officer, a Mr. Regan, suspected of trying to be a spy was in the
courthouse today.

I didn't have my glasses on, so the only description I can provide of the
plane is that it is light-colored.
