[Scan-DC] Unk type II system in the area ID 011f

I'm not sure on this one. I'm in Frederick, and this is the first I've
heard of this system; however, Frederick County Law Enforcement, on Friday,
moved to the new "law mall", consolidating the Sheriff's Dept and the State
Police, as well as our "central alarm", fire dispatch. I was away for the
weekend, so didn't get a chance to see if the Fire side had gone to trunking
yet. According to an article in the Frederick Paper a few weeks ago, the FD
was supposed to go trunked, but simulcast on the old channels.
Wish I had more info on this, but right now, I don't. I'll keep the list
updated when I get any more info...
