[Scan-DC] Unk type II system in the area ID 011f

Hello list,

Need a little help.  I have found a type II system using trunker.  System ID 
is 011f.  There was very little activity on it when I was monitoring it.  The 
data channel was 860.4875.  The only voice channel was 868.7500.  It also 
listed 866.6125.  Frederick county, MD was also identified with trunker but 
on 857.4875 with the assigned system ID.  Frederick county, MD is assigned 
all these frequencies above.  Is it possible Frederick County has a second 
system up and running with a different system ID?  Or is it another 
jurisdiction or even coming from PA?  Can our list member (s) who are up in 
the Frederick area advise if they find similar findings?
