[Scan-DC] Drug lord radio systems

Last month's issue of Business 2.0 had a great piece on the IT 
systems of the Columbian drug lords.  They also talked about how they 
have a secure radio net for text messaging (encrypted) and a bevy of 
hand-helds, scanners, and other gadgets.

It was just posted online (the online site is one month behind the 
print edition). If you want a print version, you might have to hurry 
as it will be leaving the stores soon.
