[Scan-DC] Low Flying Helecopter over Mall/Potomac River

Was it Red and Blue?  I saw a Red and Blue Bell/Huey looking chopper 
(looked like USPS Eagle).  It had some writing down the side but I 
couldn't make it out.

It was on the ground near the polo fields on the Mall the other 
night.  A fire truck was nearby and USPS had flares out for it to 
land.

p.s. NEST is based out of Lawrence Livermore I think....
