[Scan-DC] Dead freq's?

  I can tell you that 44.740 is still quite active.  Carroll County fire
still dispatches on 33.940, but everything else they do fire wise goes to
the trunk system.  Carroll County Law Enforcement is still dispatched on
39.520 (G Barrack, MSP) and is quite active.  Can't help with the rest.
