[Scan-DC] Dead freq's?

Carl:

Fairfax County no longer broadcasts police traffic in analog mode. Loudon
has transitioned to a digital system. I believe on fire dispatch is the only
channel simulcast on the old system. I have no information on Carroll
County or the Maryland System channel.

Believe it or not, I actually heard the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue
frequency used yesterday. It's not used often, and my guess is for
administrative purposes only.
