[Scan-DC] DC trunked system

You will not be able to decode the voice channels
on the DC trunked system. It is encoded with VLSI's
Improved Multi-Band Excitation digital voice
technology that is specified by APCO Project 25
for new systems.

You might not even be able to get anything out
of the DC trunked system if it is down again. :(
