[Scan-DC] Scanner Ban At Airshows

I have no problem with security if it would be consistent. I was allowed to 
bring a scanner in to the Dover AFB airshow on Saturday. However, a security 
guy met me at my car as I was getting out on Sunday, and told me I would not 
be allowed to take that in. I informed him I had taken it in on Saturday, 
and his response was shaking his head no. All I want is consistency.
