   I think that such incidents are particularly difficult to simply
forget about because of the false pretenses involved, that being the
apparent specious claim of a red light violation.  Indeed, that
issue seems to be the item of most concern to Jay, the writer of the
original message.  A recent similar event that happened to me is
most memorable because of a false premise(lie) used to pull me over.
Such tactics do not serve to engender trust and faith in one's
public servants, in my most humble opinion.
