[Scan-DC] River rescue, house fire

It was the usual river rescue assignment. Someone spotted
an empty canoe floating down the river. Didn't hear
whatever became of the incident.

Fairfax County later had a good house fire down in the Kingsbridge
area (companies 14, 8, others responded), it was quickly
knocked down.
