When did Howard's TRS go online? I hadn't heard anything than it was in the
planning phases...

frequency #1 should look familiar to some Baltimore area listeners as its
also a part of the Howard County TRS that is online. What is interesting is
that 866.0375 was the control channel for Howards County system (Motorola)
and the control channel for this unknown system was also 866.0375 tonight.
