[Scan-DC] 75 & 80 Drag Strip Unruly crowd

Frederick County Sheriffs Dept is in deep at the drag strip, according to the deputies on scene, they have about 5000 people, drinking, fighting, and out of control. They've requested all available units to respond.
Primary ops on 39.020, but I imagine they will be switchiing to the "Dispatch 2" channel on the trunk system shortly, if they haven't already.
Trooper 3 is also enroute
44.740, and 39.400 for MSP "B" Barrack, which is sending about 5 troopers down.
MSP Westminister is sending "8 cars", operating on 39.520.

1 injured civilian thus far, head injury, hit with bottle.

Couple of arrests.
