A lot of stuff happening tonight.  The police are going on cat and mouse
chases with high school kids.  The police are talking in free talk, no
codes.  Its pretty amusing hereing them running through neighborhoods after
these kids.  These kids go into one neighborhood after another ring
doorbells, and slamming on peoples doors.
