[Scan-DC] Helicopter vs. kite

The incident was mentioned in the Washington Post, in yesterdays' metro
section both the printed and web version, look for the district section of
the metro pages. This worries me since I fly kites down there (the mall and
environs) quite a bit. So does the local kite group 'Wings Over Washington'
at least once a month on the mall. I sense a ban coming.

CNN tried to get some units out to West Potomac Park (the landing site) but
by the time they got there the helicopter (Marine?) (referred to as
Executive Transport) had gotten the kite string out of the way. I guess they
could have shot the baseball players and departing fire trucks.....
