[Scan-DC] Helicopter vs. kite

CNN tried to get some units out to West Potomac Park (the landing site) =
but
by the time they got there the helicopter (Marine?) (referred to as
Executive Transport) had gotten the kite string out of the way. I guess =
they
could have shot the baseball players and departing fire trucks.....
