[Scan-DC] Air Refuel Question

We were living in Japan some years ago and took a space available trip
to Guam to go diving. On the way back, we got a ride in an Air Force
KC-135 tanker which refueled a B-52. The flight engineer let our boys
(3 and 13 at the time) down into the refueling station with that
gigantic aircraft sort of lumbering below us; it was quite remarkable,
especially for us Navy types. High point of the trip for them, suffice
it to say; the older one still followed family tradition and went USN,
though...
