[Scan-DC] FRS Radios...

Hello,

I am not sure about monitoring F/T as a hobby, but I do have them programmed
into my PRO93. It's mostly kids/parents on FRS 1-7, I've also thought I
heard some 'shady' CDS related stuff late at night..... As for business, If
it some one was to use this type of radio, the GMRS version would be better.
It's a full 5watts, but and FCC license is required. I don't think that many
people realize this when the buy the combo FRS/GMRS radios. It's only
mentioned in a tiny blurb on the back & the application is rolled into the
documents in the packaging!
