[Scan-DC] Loudoun's new radio system

It is 800MHz digital, most talkgroups unencrypted.
PD(sheriff) switched over on Feb. 19.  FD switched over
this morning.

Does anyone know if the cities/towns in Loudoun will
join the new system?
