[Scan-DC] Fire

I've not picked it up on the scanner yet...

But visually, there is one big fire north of the Sterling / Leesburg, VA
area.  From a hill in Sterling I could see the smoke.  At first I thought it
was steam but since about 1230 it's gotten bigger.  Looks like it's
northeast of the power plant on the Potomac...  but south of Sugar Loaf Mtn.

Also, a brush fire advisory was issued today according to the WTOP...
