While the agreement doesn't concern me, I am puzzled by the
quoted paragraph.
I think it was a mere oversight while writing it, but it sounds
as though the UHF fire simulcast "cannot be continued indefinitely".
I would expect that UHF simulcasts of fire traffic would be
continued for the foreseeable future, barring demands on
those channels by other jurisdictions (UHF trunked systems, for example).
I don't think the trunked system loading affects the UHF
simulcast base stations, or am I wrong?
Please clarify.
