[Scan-DC] FFX County Analog

It is used and it does has lousy reception. The transmitter is at the coast 
guard station on Telegraph rd. The reason Fairfax County went to a trunked 
radio system was to greatly improve the radio reception throughout the 
county. Unless you are within approximately 5 to 10 mile radius of the 
transmitter you are absolutely correct, reception of these grequencies 
were/are lousy!
