[Scan-DC] Alexandria TRS sounds noisy

This sounds like your getting overloaded by WETA(?).  I had this same
problem listening to DCA from North Arlington.  Turned out WETA (I think) ,
who has a TX in Alex, was coming out of the coax at -10 dBm and that was way
too much for the old Regency MX-3000's front end.  Ideally, a high pass
filter or else an FM broadcast band-reject filter (if you can find one).  As
it is, looks like your bag-fone antenna gives you some rejection and doesn't
intercept quite so much Broadcast.
