[Scan-DC] Alexandria TRS sounds noisy

Just like me and Arlington. I live in the middle of Alexandria. I can get
the Alexandria TRS even with no antenna on my scanner. Arlington is
different. With a bag phone antenna, I can get Arlington. With a CB
antenna, my scanner is utterly deaf to Arlington. An antenna that favors
800-900 MHz frequencies makes all the difference for me.
