[Scan-DC] FW: New NOAA weather radio voice being tested

Last week on my way home from Orlando I took the coastal route
and heard one of the N.O.A.A. weather radio stations testing
the new female voice.

Oddly, the new voice was only broadcasting a bulletin about
the upcoming new voice, it was not providing weather information; 
the old voice was providing the forecasts and observations.

I figured if they could make the new voice read the canned text of 
the bulletin telling you when the new voice would be installed,
they could just throw the switch and use the new voice and
get it over with. 

Listen for this in your area. I haven't checked their web site,
but it might mention their schedule as well.
