[Scan-DC] Status of new VA TRS?

Hi,
    Does anyone know the current status of Virginia's Multi-Agency Statewide 
TRS?  I couldn't find any information on it any more.  Will it be a Motorola 
or EDACS system? I heard it will be digital capable, but I'm not sure if all 
agencies will be using digital channels.
    I tried to search the State Police site (http://www.vsp.state.va.us/), 
but I couldn't find any information.

    Any information and links are appreciated.
