[SADXA] BBC and more

     Might be more than one source/site. Back before the 'Fall of the 
Wall' multiple TX sites were used to counter Soviet jamming, making good 
use of the rapid changes in skip zones around greylines at the TX, 
target, and jamming TX locations.

     As SWBC may again become a major effort, I assume some of these 
techniques would be revived.

     I'm sure more transmissions will start up, both in the Government 
as well as private sectors.
