Hi Jim,
That may well be right, although looking at the field strength map
on the Huffington Post link:

and comparing this to a Google map of the area, it might suggest the
transmitter to be somewhere in southern Poland.
Armenia is just off that field strength map.
Wherever it's coming from, signals were way down this morning, with
relatively poor copy here on the BBC 15 MHz AM signal.
