[SADXA] DX Spot

Hi, Carl.  Thanks for the spot, Wes.

I went on F&H mode the first time around because 3X2021was using two
transmit threads.  It probably was some sort of simplex FT8 mode.  I had
to force the F&H software to manually send my signal report. He
responded with an RR73 and I thought I was done.  Then he sent my signal
report again and by the time I got back to regular FT8 mode he was on to
someone else.  Carl, what you heard was my unsuccessful attempt at an
insurance QSO.

I just checked ClubLog and I'm in his log.  Their OQRS is available so
that's great.  I'll see if I can work him on a couple more bands and
then send the ClubLog confirmation request.
