[SADXA] Words to the wise.

I couldn't agree more.

I tried to help the XYL (N7UGL) renew her license last month.  The FCC
and CORES system is truly horrible. In the words of my son (N7PTE) who
with my help has just renewed his own license through the system, "It's
an amazingly convoluted process!"  It's both convoluted and buggy.

Cheers,
