[SADXA] DX RTTY

Sometimes all you have to do is ask.  While it's not particularly rare, a couple 
of Scots are going on a low key expedition to OY. I emailed and asked them 
whether they planned any RTTY.

The response: "It's not in the planning but I recently bought an FTDX10 where 
RTTY can be set up easily I think. May look into that for OY."
