[SADXA] New winch for tower

A friend did a similar thing forb his 55 ft tower. He used a Harbor
freight ATV winch, cost less than $100. It works perfectly. He powers it
with a car battery, for no more often than he actually lowers the tower he
saw no need for a permanent power connection.
