[SADXA] TL7M and HD8R both on 18.095 FT8

I worked TL7M @1919Z.  Didn't have this problem but it sure was difficult.  He 
"heard" me and moved my frequency and then didn't hear me.  I waited awhile and 
tried again and finally got him.
