[SADXA] TL7M and HD8R both on 18.095 FT8

TL7M got there first and has been running a F&H operation for at least
45 minutes.  (It took me that long to get through to them.  It's a new
one for me on digital, which is why I persisted.

Then HD8R came on and started calling CQ and working stations.  Both are
transmitting around a 600 Hz offset,a and all of this made for an
interesting pileup.  I almost lost my TL7M QSO when HD8R came on
frequency and was jamming him with CQs.  The first HD8R CQs interfered
with TL7M's "RR73" message to me.  Fortunately the African station
became stronger on their repeat and WSJT was able to copy both signals
simultaneously.

It looks like TL7M has moved down a bit and that most of the mess is now
minimized.  Both station's transmit frequencies are more or less clear,
but the two pileups are interlaced.  Happy hunting.
