[SADXA] 40M SN

Well so far today 40M is a bust as far as any DX goes.  About the 
farthest i have heard on WSPR was an EM89 station in southern Ohio.  
Mostly stations on the west coast and distances less than 800 miles.

10M opened up to Alaska though a bit ago with nice strong signals from 
Fairbanks and 12M has had quite a bit of activity as well.

We'll keep watching the screen on 40 though.
