Congratulations to Wes, N7WS. That  0.005 parts per million is very 
impressive.  The leading stations all had about 0.005 ppm average error 
- I bet that's set by Doppler shifts in the ionosphere rather than 
anything instrumental.

That's an extremely impressive result.  (I reckon it's much more 
impressive than 9-band DXCC!)
