This is one weird operation.  Maybe too much vodka.

On one of my contacts they were changing frequency a bit every once in a while.  
I called and was pretty sure they sent my call but they had moved and were at 
the edge of the filter passband.  I sent them a report anyway and heard a TU.  I 
worked them again later to be sure.

Propagation has been strange too.  I saw spots from Phoenix and further north 
saying they were loud. They were S3 here.  Still haven't gotten them on the 
bands I need.
