[SADXA] TX2A on 1.821.5 CW

It took progressively more power to my low 160m dipole to finally get 
him.  100 watts didn't get a response, but 500 got him to stop CQing.  
800w was what it took to get the QSO.  He gave me a 569, which I assume 
was an accurate signal report.  Austral Islands is a new one for me on 
160, and I'm happy that I can QSL to his home QTH in California.  It 
should cut down on the response time.  He also lists LotW as a QSL 
pathway, so maybe he'll confirm even earlier.
