[SADXA] TX2A on 1.821.5 CW

I have my 160 vertical cranked down (over) so I tried tuning the 80 meter 
inverted-v.  I can only run ~200 w before the tuner faults and that's not 
enough. He's good copy and when I call he seems to pause his CQs so he's 
probably hearing me but not copying me.  Not to worry though, I have FO0/A 
confirmed already.
