Your experience is very similar to mine. I went through bursts of
calling followed by periods of listening. I could only hear two or
three W6 and W7 stations calling. All of them called in vain. I
couldn't hear the JA pileup but it must have been substantial. Tonight
they worked virtually all JA's until they worked out the pileup. Then
they called CQ for about 10 minutes and answered no one. Getting these
guys has been a frustrating experience. Generally if I don't break
through a pileup the station on the other side has been very weak, so I
don't feel too bad. These guys have been strong but they can't hear W's
very well.
Maybe I'll get lucky on 80 or 160, but I'm running out of time to make
the QSOs. At least I have them for a new digital contact.

In that period of time I only saw two US stations connect, both 7',s but neither got a report better than _ 20.GL de W0OGH

Maybe you're better situated and can make the QSO.GL & 73, Jim W9FI______________________________________________________________SADXA Website http://www.sadxa.orgSADXA mailing listHome: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/sadxaHelp: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htmPost: mailto:SADXA at mailman.qth.netThis list hosted by: http://www.qsl.netYou can support qsl.net: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
