[SADXA] V84SAA on 20m FT8

I tried him a couple hours ago when he was up to a +7 but couldn't get thru to him. He was working Ja's mainly. I. Called him in FH mode for almost 45 min before I finally gave up.  In that period of time I only saw two US stations connect, both 7',s but neither got a report better than _ 20.GL de W0OGH
