Yes, I see the same conditions.

I was happy to get that 8P station, since I've had a couple of digital 
QSOs with Barbados stations but so far nobody has confirmed those 
contacts.  I'm hoping this guy will, since he's a JA operator and they 
generally believe that responding to QSLs is a sacred duty.
