The band has definitely shifted.  A couple of EA stations on the islands 
west of Spain which were workable are now down in the mud.  This was by 
1045 local time.  Since then they are working SE US and the Caribbean 
area.  Nothing getting this far west anymore.  The FG8 station is still 
very strong but the HI8 is still not much more than a -7.  About time 
for the SA stations to start coming up.  There's a YV5 that is a 0, best 
sig so far from that area.
