More info.
A simple answer is to click the RNN/KO7SS link on https://www.qrz.com/db/KO7SS or click the link below which is the same thing.

This is the real time output from the KO7SS CW Skimmer. This is nice to look at, but logging into your favorite DX chasing or contesting program (which understands what DX you are looking for, etc.) via the method I described below is way more useful.

I first set up either the VE7CC cluster (using the CC-User application) or the AR-Cluster (using commands I create and load into the N1MM Telnet window). I then point N1MM at either the AE5E-2 or VE7CC-1 nodes on the VE7CC cluster, or the NC7J node on the AR-Cluster. Either cluster does the same thing. The backbone of both clusters is the Reverse Beacon Network. I prefer the AR-Cluster.
I request spots from only AZ and UT. I don't specifically ask to use any particular CW Skimmer (such as KO7SS) but will get spots from any AZ or UT skimmer. I want any and all spots from AZ & UT.
I am only familiar with N1MM. Other programs that you may use can probably be pointed at either the VE7CC or AR-Cluster and will do the same thing as N1MM wrt displaying spots.
There are potentially ways to log into a particular CW Skimmer, but I do not do that. Most CW Skimmers feed the clusters anyway.
Let me know if you want more detail.
