[SADXA] FT8 Frequency Measurements

My system seems to work fine, it
takes a tad more effort to make and
log Q's, but then we need something
to do.
I have been an opponent of parallel
Serial Port configurations for some
time. It causes some folks on the WSJT
reflector and the SPE reflector to get
a tad frothy in the mouth about this.
But, the proof is in the pudding, as
evidenced by the 5 Q's with KH1
using FT8 F&H. Now that I have
figured out the idiosyncrasy the
FTDX-5KMP exhibits using FT8,
it should be even more fun.
