[SADXA] FT8 Frequency Measurements

I use port splitting software LPBridge) with my K3 to share the single USB port 
with DXBase, SpectraVue, N1MM, etc.  Unfortunately, WSJT-X wants full control of 
the port and won't work with virtual ports, so a single USB port on the radio 
won't necessarily help.  Another reason to avoid FT8.
