[SADXA] AP2MQ now on 20m FT8: Lidfest ensues

This is more of an observation than a DX spot, since the odds of any of 
us getting this station under the current conditions are between slim 
and none.

AP2MQ is on the 20 meter FT8 band with a decent short path signal of 
-15.  He made only one CQ before the festivities began.  I'm not even 
going to call him, since I won't reliably be able to hear him.  In fact, 
I've already turned the big dial.

But if you want to listen to a really big lidfest now is the time to do 
it.  People are getting so frantic for a QSO that they're transmitting 
on both of the consecutive 15-second time slices. Occasionally the 
nitwits stop doing this and the Pakistani is copyable.  But by and large 
there is all sorts of QRM on his transmit frequency during every 
available time slice.  I guess there is no version of "UP! UP!" in the 
FT8 mode.
