[SADXA] 30m FT8 band opening to EU

Thanks for the heads-up, Jim. I replied to a European Russia station and then my FT8 decode function froze. I was still transmitting, so I may have made a contact. I have 10 DX entities on FT8, and I already have European Russia, so no big deal. The decoder function randomly stops decoding even with the newest version. I will try a few more things to get it to work consistently.

We're in the middle of a 30 meter band opening to eastern Europe on 
FT8.  Many European Russian and Ukrainian stations are good copy and 
easily workable with 100 watts.
