OK! OK! You guys haven't been in the Electronics Assembly Industry!!!!
I was an instructor for Naval Weapons Center Soldering
Spec. WS6536 for over 10 years:

    1. No ESD Wrist Strap
    2. No ESD protective pad connected to Gnd
3 PC Board is up-side-down; no solder pads on the component side.
4 Shell burn the hell out of her fingers when the iron is plugged in.
5 No proper working tools present.
6 No solder wick if she's doing any re-work
    7 No fume/vent hood noted
    8 No solder for reworking
9 No finger cots or nylon gloves for contamination control due to
finger oils
10 Lipstick and make-up in a "Clean room" environment: NEVER!!
11 No Lab-Coat or smock to prevent further contamination.
    12 No hair net
13 Solder tip is too small for intended work.
14 She obviously did NOT pass the required test for solder
certification.
    BUT........................Can she copy 20 WPM??????????

    Thanks for the memories......Bob - K7BHM
