[SADXA] DX Spot VP6J 18.085 Up 1

Typo on my part, it was 1730Z  He was there before that very weak working 
simplex when I first heard him.  Just before I worked him he went split, 
although many callers didn't hear that, and his signal came up significantly.

I worked the VY0 @1657.

@1810Z I'm hearing NCDXF beacons 4U1UN, VE8AT, W6WX, KH6RS and ZL6B on 18.110
